Losing my phone and saying goodbye to my Mac.

So about a month ago, tragedy stroke. During one of those fun-filled, blurry nights that very often occur in Shanghai, I lost my 2 year old iphone. The moment I realized I lost my best buddy, I kinda freaked out. I know it sounds lame to care so much about a phone, but I was so used to it! And they are so expensive it hurts. So after been incommunicated from my fam and friends for about two weeks, I decided I couldn’t take it anymore and allowed myself to get a new one (a 4s, I’m no millionaire to be getting a 5) and everything was back to normal.

Not for long though, because then, something horrible came to pass. My beloved Macbook of.. Wait for it.. 7 years!! tragically passed away. And since I am a full on Mac lover, I would never consider buying a pc, and a new Macbook is just, unaffordable right now hahah so the best alternative was to get an ipad! So yes, from now on I will be posting from an ipad, so forgive me if my posts are not more graphically anymore, no Photoshop on the ipad. Anyway, the ipad is pretty awesome and other than Photoshop Im not missing anything from my Mac. I even got a mini keyboard for it and I love the summer ganesha sticker (thanks to my friend Diana) I put on the back of the ‘pad.

Are there any gadgets you couldn’t live without? Tell me in the comments! Xx

    1. Aww thanks Gemma :) yeah the ipad is growing on me! Although I still miss the comfortability of a full size keyboard haha thanks for reading! Xx

  1. Aww, I’m sorry to hear about the untimely deaths of your Apple products. I would legit suffer a cardiac arrest if I lost my phone. We are so connected nowadays and our entire lives are compacted within this tiny phone. Seriously, I don’t know how I would survive. Hopefully, you had all your stuff backed up, but congrats on the iPad.

I love the way you write, btw. you’ve got an interesting blog. Would you be interested in following each other?
